I have always felt that the old year should end on the 21st December, the Winter Solstice. On that day we are saying goodbye to the dark and welcoming back the light once again.

So why wait until the 31st December to celebrate the start of a new year!

Crack open the bubbly, invite your friends and family around, light the BBQ or firepit, and raise a toast to the Universe and Mother Earth thanking them for the miracle of life.

At the beginning of 2023 many of us were still suffering from the hangover of Lockdown and energies seemed to be at an all-time low.

2024 can herald new beginnings, enabling us to move forwards in a more positive and cohesive manner. The beneficial energies appear to be rising and these in turn will allow confidence to return to many walks of life.

They say ‘When the going gets tough, the tough get going’ but what happens if we start to soften our approach to life, friends’ family etc?

We become more approachable as our light starts to shine brighter. People begin to smile when they see you and you feel as though you are walking on air.

For those of you who perhaps lost their way during the difficult lockdown period you will begin to find your pathway once again.

Open your hearts to the healing energies of Mother Earth and the Universe, let all the love pour in and then send it out to everyone that you have ever known.

It will help make the world a better place and keep the positive energies flowing during 2024.

Happy Winter Solstice to you all.
